proglycprot (Prokaryotic Glycoproteins)
proglycprot curates experimentally characterized eubacterial and archaeal glycoproteins and their glycosites to support analysis of prokaryotic glycosylation.

- Extensive Data Repository: Contains 340 unique entries comprising 340 glycoproteins and 334 experimentally validated glycosites.
- ProCGP: Main data section with 95 entries providing detailed characterization of glycosites.
- ProUGP: Supplementary section with 245 entries where glycosylation is confirmed but specific glycosites are uncharacterized.
