proglycprot (Prokaryotic Glycoproteins)

proglycprot curates experimentally characterized eubacterial and archaeal glycoproteins and their glycosites to support analysis of prokaryotic glycosylation.

  • ProCGP: Main data section with 95 entries providing detailed characterization of glycosites.
