pRolocGUI
pRolocGUI provides visualization and exploration of spatial (organelle) proteomics data to support assignment and analysis of protein subcellular localization.

- Integration with pRoloc, pRolocdata, and Shiny: Leverages pRoloc and pRolocdata workflows and Shiny for analysis and interactive visualization of spatial proteomics datasets.
- Interactive visualization: Generates interactive visualizations to examine protein localization across organelles and sub-organellar compartments.
- Support for hyperLOPIT-derived datasets: Accepts data from hyperLOPIT workflows, including extensive fractionation and quantitative high-resolution accurate mass spectrometry.
