pRolocGUI

pRolocGUI provides visualization and exploration of spatial (organelle) proteomics data to support assignment and analysis of protein subcellular localization.


Key Features:

  • Integration with pRoloc, pRolocdata, and Shiny: Leverages pRoloc and pRolocdata workflows and Shiny for analysis and interactive visualization of spatial proteomics datasets.
  • Interactive visualization: Generates interactive visualizations to examine protein localization across organelles and sub-organellar compartments.
  • Support for hyperLOPIT-derived datasets: Accepts data from hyperLOPIT workflows, including extensive fractionation and quantitative high-resolution accurate mass spectrometry.
  • Multivariate data analysis: Implements multivariate data analysis methods for assignment of proteins to subcellular locations.
