PROTAC-DB curates and integrates structural, chemical, and experimental data for proteolysis-targeting chimeras (PROTACs) to support evaluation and rational design using degradation, binding, and cellular activity data.

  • Extensive Data Integration: Integrates structural information and experimental data for 1662 PROTACs, including 202 warheads, 65 E3 ligands, and 806 linkers, and contains chemical structures, biological activities, and physicochemical properties.
