Protposer
Protposer generates a ranked list of mutations with estimated success rates (eSR) that predict which substitutions will increase protein stability by at least 0.5 kcal/mol.
Key Features:
- Mutation Proposals: Identifies candidate mutations that may enhance protein conformational stability.
- Structure- and Sequence-based Screening Modules: Integrates structural and sequence information to screen and filter mutation candidates.
