ProTrack

ProTrack provides multi-omics exploration and visualization of proteogenomic datasets from the Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium (CPTAC), including clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC), to support analysis of proteome, phosphoproteome, whole-exome/genome, transcriptome, and DNA methylome alterations in cancer.

ProTrack employs a multilayered client-server architecture to ingest CPTAC multi-omics datasets and to align and visualize proteome, phosphoproteome, whole-exome/genome, transcriptome, and DNA methylome data.
