PseudoBase provides integrated genomic sequences, standardized variant calls, and embedded genomic visualization to support comparative and evolutionary genomic analyses of the Drosophila pseudoobscura subgroup (D. pseudoobscura, D. persimilis, D. miranda, and D. lowei).
