PTRcombiner identifies clusters of co-regulating post-transcriptional trans-factors, including RNA binding proteins (RBPs) and microRNAs (miRNAs), from transcriptome-wide pairwise interaction annotations to elucidate combinatorial post-transcriptional regulatory networks.
