QMLGalaxyPortal
QMLGalaxyPortal provides monitoring and inspection of Galaxy job execution to support management of computational workflows for genomic analysis, proteomics, and other high-performance-computing-based biomedical research.
Key Features:
- Job Monitoring: Monitors status and progress of computational jobs submitted to the Galaxy system.
- Execution History Inspection: Retrieves and presents execution histories from Galaxy to review past workflow runs and parameters.
- Result Inspection: Enables inspection of job outputs and results produced by Galaxy workflows.
Scientific Applications:
- Galaxy workflow monitoring: Enables continuous monitoring and management of Galaxy workflows used by bioinformaticians and computational biologists.
- Genomic analysis: Supports tracking and assessing workflows in genomic analysis pipelines.
- Proteomics: Supports monitoring workflows and results in proteomics analyses.
- High-performance computing management: Facilitates oversight of jobs running on high-performance computing resources connected to Galaxy.
Methodology:
Developed using QML (Qt Modeling Language).
