QUADRatlas
QUADRatlas provides an integrated resource for identification, annotation, and analysis of RNA G-quadruplexes (RG4s) and their interactions with RNA-binding proteins (RBPs) across the human transcriptome to support studies of post-transcriptional regulation and disease mechanisms.
