QuantPipe: Integrated DIA Proteomics Analysis Workflow

QuantPipe integrates and automates the OpenSWATH-PyProphet-TRIC workflow for data-independent acquisition (DIA) mass spectrometry to perform spectral library conversion, statistical validation, and peptide and protein quantification.

Methodology:
