quipcell

quipcell is a Python package that implements a computationally efficient method for fine-scale cellular deconvolution, enabling quantification of bulk RNAseq samples at the single-cell or neighborhood level. The method is based on a generalized maximum entropy approach and is described in a recent bioRxiv preprint.
