R3D-BLAST: BLAST-like search of RNA three-dimensional structures
R3D-BLAST identifies RNA substructures in the Protein Data Bank (PDB) that are structurally similar to a query RNA 3D structure using a BLAST-adapted algorithm for three-dimensional conformations.
