RaggedExperiment
RaggedExperiment represents lossless “ragged” genomic ranges in R/Bioconductor by encoding per-sample or per-cell genomic intervals to enable computation of rectangular summaries for downstream analyses of somatic mutations, copy number variation, methylation, and chromatin accessibility.
