RapidHRV
RapidHRV processes and analyzes heart rate (HR) and heart rate variability (HRV) data to extract robust HR/HRV metrics from electrocardiography (ECG), pulse oximetry, and photoplethysmography (PPG) recordings including finger and wrist (smartwatch) PPG.
Key Features:
- Comprehensive preprocessing: Automated detection and removal of artifacts in ECG, pulse oximetry, and photoplethysmography (PPG) signals, including wrist (smartwatch) PPG.
- Automated analysis: Computation of HR and HRV metrics from preprocessed signals.
- Visualization: Generation of visual representations of heart rate and HRV patterns for interpretation.
- Noise-resilient performance: Validated in simulations to recover accurate HR at signal-to-noise ratios ≥10 dB and to maintain moderate-to-excellent HRV recovery at SNR ≥20 dB and sampling rates ≥20 Hz.
