RDML: R Package for RDML-Based qPCR Data Management and Transformation
RDML imports, parses, and manipulates quantitative PCR (qPCR) data stored in Real-time PCR Data Markup Language (RDML) format within the R environment, enabling standardized data extraction, transformation, and file generation.
