Reads2Map

Collection of WDL workflows to build linkage maps from sequencing reads. By now, GATK, Freebayes are included for SNP calling; updog, polyRAD, SuperMASSA for dosage calling; and OneMap, GUSMap, and MAPpoly for linkage map build.
