Reconstructor

Reconstructor generates SBML-compliant genome-scale metabolic reconstructions (GENREs) from annotated protein .fasta sequences, BLASTp output, or existing SBML models and applies parsimony-based gap-filling to produce COBRApy-compatible models for microbial metabolic analysis.
