RegRNA: Regulatory RNA Motif Identification and Annotation
RegRNA identifies and annotates regulatory RNA motifs within mRNA sequences by detecting sequence and structural homologs of known regulatory RNA elements involved in transcriptional and post-transcriptional gene regulation.
