ResiDB: Sequence Similarity-Based Database Manager for Diagnostic Assay Design
ResiDB automates the creation and curation of custom DNA sequence databases by organizing sequence clusters from diverse biological sources based on sequence similarity to user-defined input sequences.
Key Features:
- Automated Database Construction: Generates custom sequence databases from bacteria, fungi, viruses, protozoa, invertebrates, plants, archaea, environmental samples, and whole genome shotgun sequences.
