RGPDB provides a consolidated resource of genes and promoters associated with root biology in maize, soybean, and sorghum for analysis of root-specific gene expression and regulatory sequences.
Key Features:
- Comprehensive Gene Collection: Genes specifically expressed or upregulated in roots of maize, soybean, and sorghum were compiled to represent root-associated loci.
- Promoter Sequence Integration: Promoter sequences associated with the root-specific genes are included to support analysis of regulatory elements controlling root expression.
