RiboToolkit

RiboToolkit performs comprehensive analysis and annotation of ribosome profiling (Ribo-seq) data to decode mRNA translation at codon resolution and quantify translational efficiency using ribosome-protected fragments (RPFs, typically 26–34 bp) across transcriptomes.
