RIKEN integrated database of mammals

RIKEN Integrated Database of Mammals consolidates heterogeneous mammalian datasets from RIKEN programs and public repositories into a unified semantic framework. It integrates data from FANTOM, the ENU mutagenesis program, the RIKEN Cerebellar Development Transcriptome Database, the Bioresource Database, Ensembl, MGI, and biomedical ontologies.
