RNAget
RNAget provides secure, standardized programmatic access and matrix slicing for genomic quantification data (RNA-seq, microarray, ATAC-seq, and ChIP-seq) and was developed by the Global Alliance for Genomics and Health (GA4GH) to support comparative, transcriptomic, and epigenetic analyses.
