RNAapt3D compiles RNA aptamer sequences and predicts their tertiary structures and RNA–protein interaction sites to support structure-based therapeutic development.

- Aptamer Structure Database: Stores RNA aptamer sequences with computationally predicted tertiary structures derived from secondary structural information.

Methodology:
