RNAenrich
RNAenrich performs functional enrichment and interaction network analysis for mRNAs, microRNAs (miRNAs), long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs), circular RNAs (circRNAs), small nucleolar RNAs (snoRNAs), and PIWI-interacting RNAs (piRNAs) in human and mouse.
Key Features:
- Multi-RNA Enrichment Analysis: Conducts simultaneous pathway, functional, and disease enrichment analysis using experimentally validated RNA–target interaction datasets across coding and non-coding RNA types.
- Interaction Network Construction: Generates ncRNA–target gene interaction networks based on millions of validated RNA–target interactions to support mechanistic interpretation.
Scientific Applications:
- Non-Coding RNA Functional Characterization: Supports functional annotation and pathway analysis of miRNAs, lncRNAs, circRNAs, snoRNAs, and piRNAs in human and mouse studies.
Methodology:
RNAenrich integrates experimentally supported RNA–target gene interactions to map RNAs to associated pathways, biological functions, and diseases, and constructs corresponding interaction networks for enrichment analysis.
