RNAME curates over 21,000 manually collected RNA modification enzymes from 456 species and provides enzyme identities, 3D structures, domains, subcellular localizations, and annotations for seven RNA modification types (adenosine-to-inosine (A-to-I), N1-methyladenosine (m1A), N6-methyladenosine (m6A), 5-methylcytidine (m5C), N7-methylguanosine (m7G), mRNA cap modification, and pseudouridine) to support studies of RNA modification biology.
