RNAsite predicts small molecule–RNA binding sites using structure-based and sequence profile–based models.


Key Features:

  • Structure-Based Prediction (RNAsite_str): Utilizes experimentally derived RNA structural features to model small molecule–RNA interaction preferences and achieve high-accuracy binding site prediction when 3D structures are available.
  • Sequence Profile-Based Prediction (RNAsite_seq): Applies sequence profile features to predict binding sites in the absence of structural data, enabling structure-independent analysis.
