RNAStat
RNAStat computes statistical and geometric properties of RNA three-dimensional structures to support structural analysis and modeling.
Key Features:
- Secondary Structure and Motif Statistics: Analyzes structural properties including size and shape distributions and extracts secondary structure motifs using DSSR annotations, covering canonical and non-canonical base pairs, stems, and loop types.
- Geometric and Distance Analysis: Constructs local coordinate systems for each nucleotide to calculate base-pairing and stacking geometries and generates atom–atom distance distributions for development of distance-based statistical potentials.
