Rouge catalogs and aggregates sequence analysis results for mouse homologues of human large (>4 kb) cDNAs from the Kazusa cDNA sequencing project to support functional analysis of KIAA proteins and comparative genomics with the Human Unidentified Gene-Encoded (HUGE) protein database.
