SAFIRE_ArrayScan

Script package for quantifying bacterial load within cells using images from an ArrayScan microscope. This package includes a variety of scripts for analysis of microscopy images, using the SAFIRE screening platform. This package is useful for analyzing high-content screens of intracellular bacteria. The package inputs images from an ArrayScan microscopy, segments host cells, and quantifies intracellular bacteria. It applies B-score normalization to the resulting data.
