AGAT

AGAT is a bioinformatics pipeline for the de novo detection of microRNAs in non-model organisms and unconventional matrices. It was used in a study to identify miRNAs in tsetse fly saliva and salivary glands during trypanosome infections, employing a robust pipeline for accurate annotation.
