Sapporo-service
Sapporo-service provides a unified execution layer that runs bioinformatics workflows written in Common Workflow Language, Workflow Description Language, Snakemake, and Nextflow, enabling interoperable execution across platforms through the Global Alliance for Genomics and Health (GA4GH) Workflow Execution Service (WES) API.
