ScanOMetrics

ScanOMetrics is an open-source research-level tool for detection of statistical anomalies in individual MRI scans, which can be operated using either FreeSurfer or the deep learning tool DL+DiReCT. The tool has demonstrated detection of anomalies in Alzheimer's disease patients and healthy controls, with progressions observable through clinical dementia rating.
