SDMtoolbox

SDMtoolbox integrates spatial analysis and species distribution modeling workflows to support spatial ecology, landscape genetics, biogeography, and evolutionary studies by providing Python scripts that leverage ArcGIS (ArcMap) and MaxEnt for processing occurrence data, environmental variables, and SDM parameterization.
