sequanix

Sequanix is a software tool designed to assist with the democratization of Snakemake pipelines in the NGS space and beyond. It is a PyQt graphical user interface that provides an easy-to-use platform for new users to edit configuration files and execute production-ready workflows. By default, it includes Sequana NGS pipelines in Snakemake format, but it is also capable of loading any external Snakemake pipeline.

This tool is beneficial for both Snakemake developers and a wide audience of users who want to develop or use validated pipelines. It provides a visually interactive platform to edit configuration files of expert-validated pipelines and execute them in a production-ready environment.
