SF-Relate

SF-Relate is a federated algorithm for identifying genetic relatives across distributed genomic data sets. It utilizes locality-sensitive hashing (LSH) and multiparty homomorphic encryption (MHE) to ensure privacy while enabling secure discovery of relatives.
