SignaLink3 provides manually curated, tissue- and compartment-specific signaling network data for Homo sapiens, Caenorhabditis elegans, Danio rerio, and Drosophila melanogaster to support pathway, regulatory and disease-association analyses.

  • Extensive Interaction Data: Contains over 700,000 protein-protein interactions for Homo sapiens, including more than 400,000 newly added human interactions.

  • Integration of Gene Expression and Localization Data: Integrates gene expression data with subcellular localization to enable tissue- or compartment-specific pathway interaction analysis.
