siRNAdb

siRNAdb provides a gene-centric database of experimentally validated and predicted small interfering RNAs (siRNAs), including thermodynamic properties and off-target search via siSearch and AOSearch to support design and evaluation of siRNA-mediated mRNA knockdown.
