SKM integrates two complementary knowledge graphs to represent biochemical, signaling, and regulatory molecular interactions underlying plant stress responses.

  • Dual knowledge graphs: Two complementary knowledge graphs encapsulate biochemical, signaling, and regulatory molecular interactions within plants, including the Plant Stress Signaling (PSS) model and a Comprehensive Knowledge Network.
  • Plant Stress Signaling (PSS) model: A highly curated systems biology model formulated qualitatively and quantitatively comprising 543 reactions that represents plant stress signaling pathways.
  • Comprehensive Knowledge Network: A large-scale network encompassing over 488,390 molecular interactions relevant to plant biology.
  • Systematic curation: Both knowledge graphs were constructed by domain experts through systematic curation of scientific literature and database resources.
