snoDB catalogs human small nucleolar RNAs (snoRNAs) by integrating sequence information, expression patterns, target interactions, and annotations derived from high-throughput sequencing and RNA-RNA interaction studies to support analysis of canonical and non-canonical snoRNA functions.
