snpGeneSets annotates and analyzes genome-wide study (GWS) results by mapping single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) to genes and gene sets, estimating gene-level effects from SNP associations, and performing gene set enrichment analyses to interpret SNPs, gene expression, and gene-set associations.
