SOHPIE is an R package that implements a novel pseudo-value regression approach for differential co-abundance network analysis of microbiome data, enabling adjustment for clinical covariates. The software facilitates a statistically robust method for uncovering relationships between microbial communities while accounting for confounding factors such as age and BMI.
