AMDirT facilitates rapid data filtering and downloading of ancient metagenomic data and improves automated metadata curation and validation for AncientMetagenomeDir.

• Ancient Metagenomic Data Filtering: Enables rapid filtering of ancient metagenomic datasets for selection of relevant samples.
• Data Downloading: Facilitates downloading of ancient metagenomic data and associated metadata.
