SPADS

SPADS analyzes multilocus DNA sequence data to quantify genetic variability, infer population structure, and produce spatial visualizations for population genetics and phylogeographic studies.

  • Clustering Algorithms: Implements two clustering algorithms available in locus-by-locus and multilocus formats to identify genetic clusters.
