SpatialExperiment

SpatialExperiment provides an R/Bioconductor data infrastructure to store, access, and analyze spatially resolved transcriptomics data (e.g., 10x Genomics Visium and seqFISH) for representing spatial coordinates and platform-specific parameters to support spatial gene expression analyses.
