Spl-ISOquant

Spl-ISOquant is a software tool used in conjunction with Spl-ISO-Seq, a spatial long-read sequencing approach to reveal exons and polyadenylation sites with near-single-cell resolution. It facilitates analysis of splicing and polyadenylation site regulation in different cortical layers and cell types.
