SPoC
SPoC provides automated, statistically robust resolution estimation for cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM) maps using permutation sampling and False Discovery Rate (FDR)-controlled adaptive thresholding of Fourier Shell Correlation (FSC) curves.
