Stitchprofiles
Stitchprofiles predicts localized DNA melting across temperatures and characterizes loop openings, ensemble conformations, and probabilistic strand-separation profiles in user-provided sequences up to several tens or hundreds of kilobase pairs for studies of nucleic acid thermodynamics and genomic stability.
