Stress Mouse Portal

Stressful experiences can induce maladaptive brain responses through gene expression changes, contributing to disorders such as depression and anxiety. We re-analysed 18 public mouse brain RNA-seq datasets from SRA using a unified computational workflow to ensure comparability. Results are integrated in the Stress Mice Portal, a free, open-source platform for exploring stress-related differentially expressed genes and biological pathways.
