struct

The "struct" package in R introduces a set of class-based templates facilitating the development and implementation of standardized and readable statistical analysis workflows for 'omics' data. This tool addresses challenges in combining methods from diverse packages, promoting consistency and reproducibility. The "struct" package integrates with the STATistics Ontology for consistent reporting and semantic interoperability. Additionally, the "structToolbox" provides a collection of commonly used data analysis methods implemented using "struct," catering to metabolomics and other omics technologies. Both "struct" and "structToolbox" are freely available.
